Generally
These general terms and conditions apply to all customers using the BBC services.
There is 14 days of withdrawal.
Payment options:
On the website you can pay with Visa and Mastercard. Payment will be withdrawn immediately.
In the store you can pay in cash or with mobilepay.
Applicable law and rules
The BBC is subject to Danish law – and it is therefore up to the BBC and its customers to ensure compliance with the law and to ensure that special laws, regulations and practices applicable to the customer’s industry are not violated.
As the BBC is subject to the Money Laundering Act, it is a requirement that customers send or deliver a copy of driving license or passport, copy of health insurance certificate and copy of registration certificate from the Danish Business Authority, where it is clear that the person who creates the P.O. Box lease has the authority (owner, founder or similar.)
Faith and declaration of love upon acceptance / signing of the contract:
This statement is given on behalf of the following company or private individual.
The declaration is given by the following person, as with his signature on the contract:
Confirms to be authorized to issue the declaration, as well as the creation of the P.O. Box lease.
Confirms faith and promise the correctness of the information contained in the declaration, as well as the contract.
Gives consent that the contracting entity must check the information in the declaration with relevant authorities.
Who can rent
Individuals, companies and associations can hire a P.O. Box.
Persons are required to be registered in the population register with a valid address – in connection with the rental agreement, social security no. be informed – and valid proof of identity must be provided – copy of driving license or passport and health insurance certificate. For persons under the age of 18 – Parents’ permission is required.
Immigrants require a similar ID.
It is NOT possible to have a private registered address with the BBC, it is only possible to get forwarded mail to a mailbox. – A guide on how to get forwarded mail can be handed over.
For companies, the company must provide name and address – as well as provide documentation that the company is registered in the company register (cvr.nr.) – or equivalent documentation from IRS/SKAT.
The person who creates the P.O. Box will provide a copy of a driving license or passport, a copy of the health insurance certificate and a copy of the registration certificate from the Danish Business Authority where it is clear that the person who creates the P.O. Box lease is authorized to do so (as owner, founder or other.)
If the company does not have a cvr.nr. or equivalent – the company’s ownership needs to be clarified – ie. that the company’s owner must legitimize himself, as a private person.
For foreign companies, the same documentation rules apply as for Danish companies – ie. that the company in question must provide proof of name – address – registration according to the rules applicable to the country in which the company is resident.
For both Danish and foreign companies, companies are required to disclose the purpose of the P.O. Box lease.
In connection with the rental agreement, associations must state the purpose of the association – place of residence – and enclose a copy of the articles of association – the latest general meeting report and a list of members of the board of directors.
Webshop The BBC is not geared to handling return goods for customers, so it’s not part of the rent. If the company has a webshop, the physical address of the webshop (stock, for example) must be clear to the customers, so no return items will be available to the BBC.
Rental Conditions
The lease lasts until terminated by the tenant with 2 months notice, during the termination period, the deposit is payable on the rental.
The BBC is entitled at any time to terminate the lease without giving any reason for this. Should a key be lost, the renter must immediately inform the BBC so that, at the renter’s expense, it can let the lock reset and acquire new keys. The tenant is responsible for the box rental until the box is at the BBC’s disposal (the keys have been handed over), this also applies if it exceeds the customer’s notice date. The keys must be handed over to the BBC within an agreed time horizon, otherwise the BBC may charge the customer the expense. Conversion of the box lock, and conversion of the main door lock – Including new keys to ALL OF BBC’s customers.
If a prepay agreement has been entered into – and subsequently no rent is paid, this is considered termination of the contract – and all mail will be returned to the sender as unknown at the address. The keys must be handed over to the BBC within an agreed time horizon, otherwise the BBC may charge the customer the expense. Conversion of the box lock, and conversion of the main door lock – Including new keys to ALL OF BBC’s customers.
The box must not be used by – or transferred to anyone other than the company or person who is in the contract. It is not allowed to add more, other companies or persons to an existing contract.
– It is also the responsibility of the customer that any change of address may be made – towards government agencies, etc. The BBC accepts no fault if no mail is received.
There must clearly be a company name or name (as stated on the contract), as well as the box number. Otherwise, the mail will be rejected as unknown at the address.
It is further the responsibility of the customer to inform the BBC in case of change of address, new phone number, new e-mail, new CVR.NR, new company name or other changes. – It is the customer’s responsibility to send. documents relating to and possibly change.
The BBC may charge a late fee if there is no rental on time.
In case of resignation, the BBC may claim the amount due, from the person who has created the box rental, even if it is a company. This may also involve switching locks, described earlier.
The BBC is entitled to increase the rental price with 3 months notice.
Special deliveries:
The lease agreement entails receipt of normal mail as well as letter packages (to a moderate extent, no return goods). Larger and heavy packages require prior agreement with the office. Reception of larger packages not agreed with the office is rejected. – Pallets are not received.
Shipping costs related to Further forwarding of mail will be charged separately as there are varying costs, weight, location, etc.
When the BBC forwarding mail, it is POSTNORD’s responsibility that it arrives. The BBC denies responsibility for the mail when it is forwarded.
The tenant acknowledges, upon conclusion of the lease, that he has received a copy of the present terms of trade.

We process your personal data on the basis of Section 11 of the Data Protection Act and Article 6 (1) (c) of the Data Protection Regulation, as this processing is necessary to comply with our obligations under applicable legislation, including the Money Laundering Act.
